I recently changed my Body By V challenge kit to the fit kit. This kit includes a lot of great products to help with gaining solid muscle and dropping fat.
The Visalus Body By Vi fit kit includes the following:

So the first product I reached for in the Body By Vi fit kit was Visalus Go. I took this right before my workout. I didn’t know what to expect.
Let me just say that I had the best workout I’ve had in a long time. I had mental focus and energy without the jittery feel of caffeine. I did not fatigue as quickly and I felt great leaving the gym.

The next day I tried Visalus Pro. I used Visalus Pro at lunch time to get me through my afternoon. Usually I crash after lunch and hit the wall ready to take a nap. The Visalus Pro tasted great and mixed well in my water bottle. I sailed through my afternoon seeing my busy patient caseload and felt great. I had mental clarity to give the best care possible and I went home with energy. That’s a first.
The Visalus nutra cookies are also a great product to have on hand. For a quick snack on the go when you start getting hungry. I love the peanut butter cookies and the chocolate chip cookies feel like you are cheating. The oatmeal raisin are soft and delicious as well.
